koko, not as serious as I was a couple years ago.  Training to place at National event.

Took some time off and returned to running at the beginning of the year.  Have a half marathon planned at the end of August.

Tell Mrs. Ung to slow down.  I hope she feels better.

I'm trying not to take my training this time around obsessively serious.

Cool. It's great to be in shape. I think it gets out of hand when you cant enjoy the food others are eating socially. It kind of isolates you. The exception of course is when you are at the elite professional level.
At least you are investing in the only asset you will own your whole life (and you only get one body). I'm very proud of the discipline my wife has in her commitment to training (she was a walker). I have to jog to keep up!
How did you go back then?
