Pork chops with a balsamic vinergar-honey-butter-onion reduction sauce , rice pilaf and some 'sauted veggies' and for dessert simple vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup

balsamic might work... was going to do a pinot/stock reduc w/shallot.  already stuffing the chops with spinach.

One of my daughters likes camel burgers. We have them in plague proportions in the  inland desert. They catch them, clean them up and export them to the Middle East.
