Pretty much, but that's what a shut in like me needs ;D

For the record, besides my chores, I did rehab (Martial arts as per Doc's orders), watched a movie with the GLW and played on the internet. The bone specialist authorized me to do light weights and gentle kata, including slow sword work with the bokken. Cool doc.

Thanks. Back to full time shift work in three weeks, and finally, gentle riding. Just unfreezing my shoulder til then with rehab. My specialist said bokken training would be excellent rehab as the bad side of my body will be trained by following the good side while holding the sword. He said I might save some $$$ on physio by training at home in a way with which I was familiar. Good guy.

Yep, in one spot where they went through. Don't rip me there! [laugh] At least they don't clunk when I cough anymore. You could hear them come off the sternum when I sneezed. All the bones are tacked up now, just time for the material to build up. Pity monsterlover can't weld bone or I'd fly over.

Speaking of pain, that floor scrubbed down and ready to coat?

One more rinse.

I had to go back and do some more stripper on the hand finished edges. Couldn't see there were still spots that hadn't come clean with the residue.

Actually the temps inside the house have held at 70 degrees despite outside temps in the 80's.

I keep the windows closed to keep the daytime heat out, and run the HRV continuously. I did have the windows open when I was applying stripper...stuff can kill you.

Unfortunately we have some of the highest electric rates in the country...almost 20 cents/kwh including all bogus charges. I forget how many watts the blower uses on low speed.

We are served by a co-op with a membership charge. It adds $26/mnth
