I pay rates to the Shire who in return provide me with absomake the beast with two backsinglutely sweet make the beast with two backs all, except a "transfer station" where I can deliver my garbage in my own trailer.

And pay for the pleasure, additionally.

Thieving bastards.  Weld the Shire Hall doors closed and see if anybody would notice when the bludgers couldnt get to their expensive desks

Next is the move. Looking at a 500 square foot cottage on Sat. They want $950.00 a month. It is the least expensive place I will see. I really like this new apartment near work. Walk to coffee, good food and a grocery store and on a bus line back to the hood I live in now. Cheapest unit there is $1295 for 498 square feet. Parking is extra.

I have been saving half my take home pay to move. Glad I can do that.

500 Sq feet should do. Besides our shop which holds a lot of our personal stuff, We live in about 600 sq ft and its just fine. But $950 a month for rent is one of the things I don't miss about the city. Sure you make more money there but look where it goes. At least it sounds like you can save on Commute costs.

Thats a bummer. My $18 a month gets me 4 or 5 pickups a month of a great big Trash can. They just take it away....its a wonderful thing.

You will probably save more money by being closer to work if you can walk or bike, vs Drive & Park. But you knew this already.
