Work to do/work on da brain.
You must be better at 5 am than I.

I can barely handle the rigors of the DMF.

MoreNing, All. [coffee]

AM is half over already!
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Unfortunately my mind can be quite active at 5am. I have to read for half an hour before I can catch the next sleep train. In summer its great to be up then, but in winter, staying in bed is a better plan.

I slept like crap last night. Raining here too, had to shut the bedroom window.

Up at 0500 M-F and mostly on week-ends too  :P

Get so conditioned to waking for work that you cant sleep in even when you want to. I've resorted to napping when I can.

Naps are underrated.

Not making believe, there is just no need to dwell on it or be reminded of it in the middle of August.

I plan to wear shorts & sandals today and look at the green things around here.
