taking a break . . .

guys guys, I will listen and follow ung's advice and try to keep my mouth shut until it is time to say yay or nay again to whatever they're offering . . .

I am tired, going off for silly reasons, no tolerance at all, I even got out of the car yesterday and walked to another car and almost broke the window cause the lady cut me off !!!

I NEED TIME OFF!!!!!

In my experience people don't value Mechanics all that much.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand you're right, once again, lost time, toll money and got behind on a customer's bike . . . according to the profile we are paying you 3X what a technician earns . . . I asked, then, who is the service manager? who is the warranty manager? who is the parts manager? who is the parts salesman? who is your warehouse manager? . . . He said, "yes, but . . .", I cut him off and said, NO buts . . . I do ALL of that but, whom cannot earn more than $1500? If you think I deserve more, I will listen, if you think that I am earning what I deserve according to a piece of paper, OK, just remember, my description doesn't include training . . .
