I've read really good things about the Subi diesel.

I have a Mondeo Zetec diesel and it's awesome!

I'd love a wagon!
I had a Mondeo diesel wagon before my current vehicle.  The Mondeo wasn't love at first encounter....  but it grew on me.  A very underrated, fine car to drive.  Love the gearbox.  Mondeo's handling is Ferrari-like in comparison to the Ford Territory I'm currently rolling around in.

I admire the Mondeo even more now I dont have one any more.  Mazda 6 is a vehicle in the same vein, but comes with a huge dollop more torque...  Thats the attraction for me.

Subi diesel is a little lame by comparison..... not sure how I'd get along with the drone of a CVT transmission either...

But anyway, all this is a nice "problem" to be faced with.

270,000 kms on my diesel Mondeo when they took it away,,,,

thrashed everyday of its life...

apart from some minor electronic gremlins..... never gave me any grief.  (Does yours "forget" that the centre console exists? Mine used to do that semi-occasionally, but never when it was within 50kms of a Ford service centre)...

VW Passat diesel wagon sends me to sleep every time I look at one.  Less grunt than the Mazda too.  Well documented quality issues.... No thank you,

Ford Mondeo is a far better car than the VW offerings IMO.

Every time I get into my mate's Mazda 3, the steep windscreen causes me to feel claustrophobic!

That windscreen looks worse!

How's Saturday looking?

I just parted ways with my Mazda3.  Thought it was a great car.

I never felt the windshield was steep.

That 6 wagon is nice.
