Na, it's got quite a drop to the gutters. All plumbed into the down pipes. The alloy and Perspex walls/windows will be built into the steel frame next stage with sliding doors for access.
It will fit a treadmill, bench press, pulldown machine, rowing machine, 7' kick boxing bag, boxing gear, dips/pull ups exercise station (on the back of the boxing bag frame)and about 500kg of free weights and bars.
I bought half that stuff used for cheap and got half off the hard rubbish collection when people gave up. You can see about a dozen absizers on the street at hard rubbish collection! [laugh]

Yeah, sorry that's what we mean here. ;D Box section aluminum frames. It's all dyna bolted to the concrete and the brick. Pretty sure it aint steel, which I would be fine with.
Might put another drain down, but the extra roof is catching heaps of rain. I stood under there during a downpour to see. Always worth doing to see for yourself. Might put an open mesh covered drain along the front of it.

Got a new adventure/holiday bike plan. Wait until the Monster gets onto club registration (4-5 years), and instead of an Elefant, get an 1100 Hyper. Back off the suspension and fit adventure tyres. The GLW wants me to have something newer. Yes dear. ;)

They're tall of seat, and small of tank.

Gotta' make a stand against cultural hegemony [laugh].

I was figuring to back off the Hyper suspension and fit dual sport tyres, maybe even a CCW tank. And the Hyper 1100 DS models are cheaper here than the HY796. By the time I can buy one they will be even more affordable. The Hyper seat is my wife's favourite of all Ducatis. She said the STs were uncomfortable ???
