We are settling in. Still have boxes to unpack.  My friend Dave is
Out of town and I am waiting for him to help me with a few small
things. Storage is an issue
I lost about 150 sf and 3 built in closets.

I can relate to that.  Down a little over 300 sf  from the other place, but the view is spectacular!
