Work is soooo over rated.

I am teaching tomorrow, but not on Tuesday and then I have the rest of the week off!  My boss sent email to my yahoo account to tell me that my 2 co-workers are coming in early tomorrow to help with my class! I had 40 hours of teaching last week and was feeling exhausted and not ready for Monday. Now I have help.

Work?! It's Sunday !!!!!

Do what you love and it is hard to call it work. ;D
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I love what I do, but some days it wears me out. Last week for sure. 40 hours of teaching with an hour of prep each day. Plus a couple of hours at home on Wednesday night. I am really looking forward to 5 days off in a row.

My boss and one other instructor were observing my class on Thursday and I brought my A+ game. I was ON for the whole day. Still tired and in recovery from that  :)

Afternoon from SH!

Teaching is tiring for sure. 40+ hours would be very tough!

Good thing you love what you do! ðŸ'

^^^  I am SOOO happy for you (except the completely worn out part but it's for good reason of course).

'ning from the mitten.

It's gale force lake effect wet misery here.

Working from a coffee shop (and surfing and a long overdue check in here) while I wait for my barista momma to finish her 4 hour shift.   Then we're going to go play with wigs and hats and scarves for her before her first chemo treatment on Wednesday for cancer of the boob (and a few lymph nodes).

Thing #2 turns 3 today.    Let's see....what else.   I HAVE to schedule a connection to the interwebs at the new place so I can check in more frequently between unpacking!  I miss you surly beasts!    ;)

Safe travels to all who are doing that this week for Turkey day.  Don't forget to wash your hands, mind your manners, keep your elbows off the table....

You know the drill.

Later.    [beer]

Morning.

All the very best with your mum. Ca treatment can be a very challenging process indeed. Good on you for being a great support.

Hope she finds a ripper wig! ðŸ'
