Relaxing after a full on week/month/year. Looking forward to having a summer break for a week over the Christmas/New Years period.

Very small distillary here.  In a year they make about what Jack Daniels makes in a day.

This is  very special bottle...  Only two batches per year.

If I end up stateside next year. Just need to Pick which 4 bottles to bring back with me. And then find them where i am...
plan on trying a few in some bourbon bars...
