Yeah, that's why we were able to get a good deal.

It's not like cars go stale.

Picts tomorrow.

Bedtime.

Evening.

We have  a new German family member.

VW Jetta wagon TDI.
You and Mary Make 2....
2004 S4R, Full Termi Kit, marving midpipe, DP Clutch pressure plate, Rizoma Open Clutch Cover,  Ducabike Slave Cyl and some tasteful carbon blingy goodness

We have a diesel Mondeo (Fusion in the US) hatchback which gets ripper fuel economy.

Stinking fuel though, but hey, can't have it all! Lol!

Evening.

I liked my diesel Mondeo too GK.  Flogged it's arse every day of the 270000kms I had it and yet it returned amazing fuel economy while scooting along far better than I had any right to expect.  Diesel Territory is a little more thirsty but still pretty economical for a big floppy beast.

They're pretty robust the Mondeos!

Had any probs with the Terry? What economy figures do you get with it?

Territory has been fine (it handles like a barge, but I think that's less of a problem and more of a.... feature  [laugh]).

It routinely uses 7.9lt/100km (vs 6.5lt/100km from the Mondeo).

The ex-Land Rover 2.7V6TD does a pretty good job of scooting the big beast along too.  I was pleasantly surprised.  It goes well  [thumbsup]

In a straight line  [laugh]
