Still very ill.

Haven't touched it in two weeks. I've managed to watch the kids and do nothing else at all, which isn't like me.

I need to scuff the new fenders and probably mask the things that shouldn't be primered.


If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

old blankets and duct tape for primer...

you need to use fresh masking for paint.

I figured I'd have to do it twice.

On these things the glass holds in the trim, which extends far over the body-I think it would leave a nasty paint line. Moot, as the windshield was cracked and the rear window was just a way to channel water into the trunk. Seemed as good a time as any.


I'm dog sitting-there's a 100+ lb black Belgian Malinois here. I need a saddle for him.

I made a five year plan once.

Didn't work at all.

There are different types of plans.

There are house plans...pretty straight forward...but not always achieved...

and there are life plans...always a guess...

and in my limited experience...

never work out.

There are probably others.

I stopped making them.

I understand your point.

But without some goal in the future we can fall victim to comfort/mediocrity.

Or I just prefer to have something to daydream about when I'm bored.

Have you given any thought to DIMBY this summer?
