It gets pretty old pretty fast.

I like riding in the cold-keeps the riff-raff out.

Heated gear helps. So does all my success ballast.

Morning all.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I rode the other day  down the coast, through the 7 mile Redwood tunnel, past the wineries and into the town of to Philo, to pick up a Jeroboam then back again. It was in the mid fifties and I wore textile gear with the lining in, perfectly adequate.  [Dolph]

Not my Vid but there are 7 miles of this stuff along this stretch.

The boy and I got chased by a couple of Akitas.

I didn't stop to ask but I assume it's the same pair that the owner is facing litigation about as his pair of Akitas have attacked at least one person recently.

I didn't-I saw them coming, picked the boy up and climbed.

Well that's lucky. Usually you have to turn and fight, but thats dangerous enough even without a young one to protect.

Ain't no hope of fighting a pair of Akitas.

I called the local animal control.

I love dogs, and as such, I keep mine under my control. It's for their own safety.
