Got the bikes out of the shed?
...and fair answer...we still have about 6-8" of snow and the same depth of mud in the driveway. Bikes are at the vets. His helper learned the meaning of the term 'barn fresh'. He wasn't happy about it.  Have to scare up an airbox for the 996. Frame flex has taken it's toll. It's in like 6 pieces. |

No critters reported. Yes they did if they were the quality ones. All the plastic ones break eventually. Mine was tender when I got the bike. It's toast now. |

I started my track bike the other day. Realised how much I love it. Sounds good with the hot Yoshi pipe. Should have new leathers soon.
Doc said I can go back to the track.

Not necessarily... Some years we'll get snow in late April...just doesn't last long. When I was doing a lot of street riding my goal would be to get out in mid-April on my birthday...didn't always happen. Sometimes the roads are still covered with sand from winter. Nothing like coming around a corner and finding 2" of loose stuff right on your line. It can snow on Mt Washington year round. I started my track bike the other day. Realised how much I love it. Sounds good with the hot Yoshi pipe. Should have new leathers soon.

Evening. . Clutch is good Tony. With that washer gone rattle went away. Clutch is very quiet now.  Now i just hear induction roar followed by exhaust noise. |

I do know what you mean. I've ridden on the track with guys well into their 70's...some are really fast and better riders than some of the kids at the same pace. You'll know when it's time to hang them up. Fire blazing here. 22 inside 12 outside. No snow.
