Koko, there's night my eyes never close.  It's not fun but it happens.

That's bad. Make for a tough day at work. I just lose a few hours sometimes.

The reason Zeke head butted Carlos was self preservation. He was protecting his food supply.

Kid eats like Carlos...constantly. ;D

He head butted Carlos! [laugh] Clearly a perceived threat ;D

Now that I've gathered myself, morning Nate.

A mechanical restraint to stop you hurting yourself. ;D

Cant tell you the level of trepidation I feel about Carlos coming to stay some time. How will we feed him?  [laugh]

Ooooook . . .  Need  a plan . . . I only eat about 5x day to keep from getting too big or overweight . . . yes it works

Afternoon Tony.

Well...our 2 year old Ford Fiasco won't pass inspection for the second year in a row.

It wore out the tires in 17K miles even with alignment and regular rotation, and the CEL light came back on after the ECM reprogram. Seems the catalytic converter is throwing a code.

Time for that POS to head down the road.

He must have perceived you as a very big threat. ;D

Gotta get to DIMBY, maybe 2017.

Candyman will gladly shuttle you from LAX and back.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Is it a Euro build or local? Must have a pretty soft front end not up to NH roads. GLW's Mitsubishi Colt had similar issues with Aussie roads. It was a Euro build. Wasn't cheap fixing it.

dp, if cat is sending a mil have they check the coils or coilpack? I had a similar issue with a bimmer it was either the cat or the #1 O2 sensor . . . both parts replaced and the ecm was updated  . . . diag machine was not oicking up a malfunctioning coil since it was "sending" a working signal  . . . just throwing an idea up in the open  . . .

While I've developed a fondness for Ford trucks, if I wanted a car that would last, I'd go foreign.

May be less of a desirable trait when rust is taken into account. I can't see owning a diesel in the rust belt-rust out before the thing dies.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Dunno...

It came with M&S rated tires OEM, and I replaced with the same. The compound might just be too soft for year round use. I don't think it's a suspension issue.

The real problem is I don't think the car will last 1 day past the extended warranty I'm glad I got. The DCT is still messed up and I don't think they will ever really fix it. I've owned a lot of Fords, and never had one that had any issue except a CD player while under warranty.

This one just sucks. Call is in to the guy I got it from.

They just checked the code and looked at the computer to see if there was a TSB Carlos. It has to go in next week to get checked out...

unless I pull the key and put a better car under it. ;)
