I always look for the easy way first. [laugh]
Before you go climbing. How's your leg and back from the ladder incident?

I managed to do 275 miles in a car with no issues.

I'd say I'm OK.

That's a good test. It's the simple things that hurt me, like sleeping on my left shoulder or stomach. I swear I hurt myself more through sleeping wrong than any other way. :P

I think it's more the previous hurts show themselves.

I quite like playing the "what car would I have next" game....  although there's nothing..... I find desirable enough (within the realms of possibility) to make me want to abandon the Ford Aus Floppo-barge I currently drive.  It's really a pretty decent thing.

Wonder if GK bought new wheels yet.

I also play that game.

There was a brand new 911 on the floor today...I didn't ask what it was doing there being a Ford dealer and all.

T woulda shit if I drove in the yard with that. :P

Would have been funny for your "like family" dealer let you borrow it for a drive...and visit home...

Wonder if I can swing a C63 demo drive and head via home....or an m4...or an Is-f lexus

I appreciate easy Tony. Hard is too much work.

The upside is this dealer is pretty much like family.

I still need to climb into the barn loft and dig out that seat. I haven't forgotten

It's an EB regardless of the engine size. The 2.0 is the pick if the gas engines for performance. I doubt US buyers get the 2.0 diesel option we get.

If it's not 2.0, it'll be a 1.5 or 1.6.

mazda 3 is not a bad thing.   On paper the cars I like/want best are Mazda 6 diesel wagon and Mercedes C250 diesel wagon. But I can't love the look of the Mazda enough to appreciate the goodness of the rest of the experience and good though the Benz is - rear-drive an' all......... well it's a Mercedes...... and I don't own a pair of white leather shoes  ;D

Grey and damp here today.

I own 4 mercedes now. Sometimes I drive them with a suit & tie, sometimes I drive them all grubby with boots & work clothes. Often I show up at the Dump in one of the ML's towing a home made trailer. At the end of the day they are just nice cars that arent complete pices of shit, of which ive owned too many examples.

The Mazda 3 is a pretty nice car. The Mother in law owns one. Ive driven it a few times. Only thing I dont like about it is the manual shifing is fore & aft instead of side to side. Im just used to side to side thats all.
