I was looking forward to the class. Oh well, next time.

My weekend plans include finding a gym to join. I drink too much beer and the extra calories are sitting on my hips.  Walking the dog for over an hour every day is not enough to keep the extra pounds off. Without the dog walks I would probably look like the Michelin tire woman.  [laugh]

I like to run on the treadmill and at a gym there are other people and they can call for help if my bp gets extra low and I faint.  No running on the trails or street says my Doc.

I would like to lift some weights too.
