So a customer(personnal) calls me up and tells me he can not make the final payment on the repair of his vehicle . . BUT HE WAS going to go and pick it up tomottow because he needs it . . . I told him that in order for him to take his vehicle with him, he needed to cancel the full amount . . . or NO vehicle . .  he got a bit angry and started calling me nice things . . . I think I hung up by mistake . .  Called my guy and told him to NOT to give the truck unless invoice was paid in full as per agreement . . .
