I could be into that. Got the light bill for the condo out of my name, all paid up and closed the account. New owners bill now. Called my insurance agent and cancelled the homeowners policy. Refund check on the way. Dropping off the keys on Sunday!

Over and finally done. It took 34 months  [bang]
