Got to work at just a little before 0700 this am. The new guy was already in the office. Door locked, pastry delivery outside the door, and no coffee on.  I chewed him out  >:(

Later today he is all "I know you were mad at me, I talked to the boss...  [roll]

I told him not to take offense, but was the FNG and he had to step up. He had the nerve to say that he knew someone else would do all those tasks. From now on, it is his make the beast with two backsen job. As the FNG he gets to do all the things I spent over a year doing.

Step up buttercup.

Yep! He needs to get with the program. I took him out to coffee a couple of weeks ago, laid out the expectations. Our boss said that that was for her to do, but she is overworked, overwhelmed, and unprepared for the task. So I did it. He better shape up. The boss lady does not an unhappy workhorse - me. I taught over 100 individual students last week, I consistently teach 5 days in a row, and somehow manage to get all the extra stuff done. No one knows, but I go in every weekend and sweep and mop the floor in our hands on training room.  He needs to up his game.
