Back in the day...

when I was unwise...it wasn't uncommon to have too much fun and drive home. T and I were dating and we had our fun and stopped to get Chinese food. We headed back to the farm and pulled in the driveway and went inside. It was a typical NH winter night...dark and about 11ty billion below zero.

One thing led to another and when we awoke...hungry... I said...let's have Chinese food. We couldn't find it...the bag was empty.

Out the door I went and there it was...in the snow...frozen solid. Collected all I could and in to the nuke it went...delicious I tell you. Maybe the best NH Chinese food ever.

The story in my mind is a lot longer...and funnier. Maybe you had to be there. ;D

So food products in direct contact with snow, not just the paper boxes fallen out of said bag?

I guess when surface temperature is close to 0 Kelvin, 5 second rule no longer matters.

I store stuff outside for weeks at a time here during the winter. You could too if you didnt live in a condo with all those people.
