Do you need rain?

We have not gotten enough around here.  :-\
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Both kids outside, playing with bubbles. Big one wants more bubble solution so he tries to take his sisters, but just ends up spilling it everywhere, so now she doesn't have any.

In the spirit of fairness, I poured his solution into her container and put his wand out of reach.

He's been hollering about it for half an hour now.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
