Yea but I heard they were good at chewing through the sheet rock in the garage to get into the house.

Plus they piss all over everything and make it stink.

Think of the stories you could tell.

Think of them up in the trees at night making all sorts of racket.

Maybe you should consider getting civets instead.  They seem to be more useful.
