I have declared myself on KITCHEN STRIKE . . . wont prepare or cook anything . . Missus and son are here, they both need to practice survival skills . . .

In terms of drink beer is the worst offender.  From the research I've done, which should probably be taken with a grain of salt, alcohol itself doesn't seem to have a direct effect, but the other ingredients do.  Seems the problem with beer is live yeast.  Red wine is supposedly neutral, and Bourbon not too bad.

I don't remember the source, but if anyone is interested I will try to find it.

I had lunch . . . NOT my cooking, but not delivery or take out . . . if you want the truth, it was horrible . . .

I have now prepared a flank steak in strips for tomorrow, a little, garlic, onions, balsamic vinegar, worschesteirshire sauce, salt, pepper, honey and a dab of oilve oil . ..  18~24hrs marinating and maybe some tacos for tomorrow . . .

listening to some Iron Maiden  . .  Can I play with Madness ?!

Nothing to go watch at the movies . . . and I am not a fan of "downloads". . . gonna try my luck in Netflix, Hulu and the kind to see if something appealing calls my name  . . . if not, iPod all the way
