3-4 miles round trip...

1300-1400 gain...of course you then have to come down. ;D

It's considered a moderate hike because it isn't long, but it's up the whole way.

It's somewhat discouraging to realize how out of shape you are. :P

That said...I do better than someone sitting on the couch.
