cloudy and looking like is gonna be a wet day . ..

got a call from a friend asking me permission to give my cell # to another guy who wants to ask me to design for him a BBQ station at his place, including a brick oven . . . I had no idea I was an architect  . . .

Trackday Monday.

It's been 5 years since I rode the Duc.

It's a completely different bike now, although very similar power numbers. It has a short stroke motor that likes to be spun, a slipper clutch, and slicks as opposed to a tractor engine, a basically stock config, and DOT race tires. Plus...I didn't get any younger in that time.

Last year I rode that Honda 929 that was uninspiring.

What could go wrong. ;D

I'll likely do what I do and work into it.

I'm hoping I 'feel' it and can let things loose.

I hate feeling trepidatious. Takes some of the fun out of it.
