I'm supposed to be on my bike right now but my love / dislike relationship with it kicked into dislike mode.  (Not good for the training plan.)

Opting for running instead which is even more nuts.

Maybe another cup of coffee first though...   


And I want to get on this R nine that's in my garage but I don't remember the shifting/gearing/throttling/braking sequence and don't have the funds for repairs if I don't make it out of the garage.   So there it sits.     [bang][laugh]

dry rubbed chicken breasts, couple of cold local brews and homemade key lime pie ice cream packed and ready to go to my friend's grill.
