We decided on a house. Offer gets submitted for rejection tomorrow.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Place we're trying for lacks enough of a shop, but I called up the local powers that be and it sounds like permitting an expansion is no great shakes.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I expect the permit people are a bit more straightforward.
