Yeah but it is Thursday, which is almost Friday.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I still have 12 hours of teaching  :-\  Other then Thanksgiving week, I have been putting in 50 + hours each week.  This week will be closer to 40, teaching all 5 days. We, after many evenings of wine and discussions, have decided on an artificial tree this year. 

12 foot real ones were becoming cumbersome.

We took extra dock lines to hoist sections up from the second floor landing.

Now we have a very nice 13.5 foot tree with over 3500 lights I didn't have to string. 

I'll spray it with spruce scent if needed, but we're happy.   
It's still buy a flounder a drink month

We'll probably go out into the woods and harvest a Charlie Brown tree. ;D

Looking to hire another attorney.     Not sure what the working life expectancy is for child abuse lawyers but thinking 18-20 years.   Got suggestions for what I should do for work when I grow up?

That rules me out.

Although I did just get an ugly Christmas suit for events.  It's like being a slob in a way that nobody can be angry that I'm a slob.  Gwendy is horrified.  I'll wear it with a smile.

Around 3am water started falling from the sky.

At about 4am the police and fire sirens started going off to be followed very shortly by the ambulance. This was a repeated pattern timed well with when I was about to fall asleep.
