with strap belt I wanted to say, just shut the make the beast with two backs off and what your're told not what you're thinking . . . still is an open race . . . I meet 95% of criteria, except, AGE . . . guy is trying to push HR to hire me since I've got experience in managing shops and personnel plus, I can teach the "parts changers" why/how to do things the right way
