It's when one of us idiots ruins all the work by leaving big ole drip marks in the last stage of paint.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

No, they were actually doing work not pretending to work . . . One of the rotten apples already quit, he didn't like the make him come to work and inform him he was suspended without pay for the day . . . Another one quit last week, he stated I called him "slacker", he was holding a H-beam most of the morning and I asked him what was he doing . . . he then asked in a "exalted" tone of voice if I was calling him a slacker and I told him, NO YOU are telling me that you are slacking . .
