In other news:  I had "a-ha" moments at around 3am this morning (unlike no other reasons for usually waking up at 3am nearly every day) that had me Pinterest-ing and you-tubing skim coating, proper miter saw wrangling, baseboards, pocket and sliding doors and stainless steel and and and....

The end result looks good in my head.  Who wants to come and watch the shitshow this winter?

Yes Stella . . . we buy the "trade ins" to resell and make a profit . . . we purchase at between 5%~10% under market to sell at market prices . .  people here always haggle price unless we were to have a consingment car that we only get commision and fees that are " preset and fixed"
