My old house in Denver was that way.  "Old single-pane windows preserve the character of the house" I was told.  They got replaced in 2015 and 2016.  Cost me a lot of money.  Heating and cooling bills went down significantly.  Not sure that I recovered the investment when I sold the place in August, but I'm sure I would have had to make a concession if I hadn't.

I started the New Year off right too...

shot a 100 round trap fun match this morning.

-12 F with -20 ish wind chills. We call it guerrilla trap. Everyone tries, but no one cares.

Found out the seal in the chimney is....poor at best. Like standing in front of a fan.

Need to buy insulation tomorrow. Plug that thing up.
