It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Voluntarily? Don't they know heavenly bodies have a substantial gravitational pull?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Meh.

It gets really dry here in the DFW area during the winter.  Grass turns absolutely brown (kinda like in AZ).  People freak out when it gets cold.

I'm nearing the point where I need to buy a place down here.  The options are cheap rundown places for less than $300K, or 4-5,000sf for $800K+  doesn't seem to be much middle ground.

Ugh.

Bick

What happened to all these fantastic places Texans that moved here were talking about?  Big brick homes on acreage for nothing?!!!

Did you get your place here rented?  (Insane rents here!)

If you move further away from the megasprawl, you can still find that.  I'm not interested.  Think Highlands Ranch on radical steroids.

Not yet.  Still waiting on some punch-list items to be resolved by the builder/developer.

Bick

Once that is resolved, should be an easy rent!

One bedroom, floor below me on the opposite side of the building is allegedly bringing $1,600...  about the same condition as mine.

Some of these new buildings $7k for a two-bedroom!!! :o. (how can people be smoking whatever it is they are smoking and still afford that in RENT?!!!)
