Total whiteout here.

Just hanging curtains.

In other news, I'm never moving the piano again.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Revised forecast...up to 18" of shit.
"Once you accept that a child on the autistic spectrum experiences the world in
a completely different way than you, you will be open to understand how that
 perspective
is even more amazing than yours."
To realize the value of nine  months:
Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.
"Don't piss off old people The older we get, the less 'Life in Prison' is a deterrent."

Well....at least this didn't happen last year, when I was totally unprepared.

The only place our small upright will go is out of the house. ;)

Your kids must be very confused as to what they did wrong to have to move to the Arctic.

Bonfire!

Paula had a small electric when I met her.

Now she has that and an organ and a baby grand piano. I moved the heavy one.  :P

They think it's great fun to have random days off and new things to play in.

They don't have to shovel the shit.

I already burned a piano...an upright grand.

It was very unspectacular.

Did that sacrifice bring about the end of winter?
I'll go buy a used piano today if so.

Nah...

It was unspectacular, but very satisfying. It belonged to my ex-wife. She left, and after living around this behemoth of a piano, that she never played, for years I asked her what she wanted to do with it.

She told me she didn't care...burn it. That's all I needed to hear. ;D

I pushed it out the front door, wrapped a chain around it, dragged it out to the burn pile with the tractor, and did just that. The old steel string frame is still out there under the perpetual pile.

That pile by the magic of alchemy and the hedonistic acts performed around it likely have a small pile of gold forming under it.
