Bike almost all packed for the weekend.   [Dolph]  The plan is to do as little as possible.  With a forecasted high of 88 on Sat a wade at Buttermilk Falls will likely occur.

Been a long week at work.

left shoulder . . . mix of rotator cuff tear which is causing bursitis of ye deltoid and tendinitis of biceps and triceps . . . surgery is scheduled but swelling MUST be gone before surgery . . .

at this time cannot take tshirt off since moving arm makes me see the Milky Way

hello  . . .

thanks guys/gals . . . had to call doc and ask for painkiller prescription other than Tramadol since today is last day before 14 days off Tramadol but not anti inflammatory . . . asked if I could ride bicycle he said yes .  .  . I need to ride for the knee since no indoor pools are public
