Why is it raining! I really wanted to grill a skirt steak. Case iron it is. Laundry and house cleaning is almost done. Busy week at work for me. I have to catch the 0515 ferry 2 times this week for work.

Short road trip this morning with the boys to Golden CO (home of Coors) where there's a nice flat trail for Brian with access to a creek.   1-1/2 hours on the road bike this afternoon.  Starting my work week shortly.  Ugh.

Nice to Bdog got out.

meh, never gonna be the same I fear. Nate was 100% right on this one.


Medication works but creates other problems, she's overall stable and doing well (her new well anyway). Many unexplained symptoms and these doctors don't know squat. She had a really good doc, too bad he went on to clinical trials and research, he was a good guy.

Thanks for asking I'll pass that along.

I'm early.

So no girl almost never.  Except me this morning.


Drinking coffee sandwiched between Things 1 & 2 before a road trip that will take at least 2x as long due to the time and location of this morning's meeting.   


I wish the best to the bartender and to The Red Baroness and all others afflicted with health issues.  Reminder to feel grateful.
