So....the kids finally falling asleep at around 10 pm.....after much discussion that while the batman sticker does indeed cast a shadow like a rhino into her bed, there totally was not a rhino in her bed. I explained that she had no rhino concerns because she has stuffed doggy with her, and rhinos and dalmatians are well known natural enemies-it's why you never see rhinos by fire engines-because they typically have dalmations.

Heading to a moto show and swap meet tomorrow at the Curtis Wright museum in am.  Granddaughter's birthday party in the late afternoon.

After swimming for no less than three hours yesterday, the big one woke me up at....5am ish to complain that somehow, his arms and legs hurt.

I tried to explain to him that swimming for hours and not having enough sleep will, indeed result in pain. Took a while to calm him down and get him back to sleep.


I've been awake since.


So....morning.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

The first time we took Zeke skiing, and then climbing, he went non stop for 3 1/2 hours skiing, stopped for lunch, then climbed non stop for 2 1/2 hours.

Due to circumstances, there was no conversation, but he never climbed much after skiing from that day on. If he just goes climbing he'll do it just fine. :P

I need a nap. 16 hours straight behind the wheel has taken it's toll.

I'm at AMS Ducati Dallas.  Getting the CF intake runners that were damaged in the move replaced.  Traffic was pretty shitty once I got to Dallas.  Not fun sitting on the slab at 93*.

Sorry to hear of your loss, Bick.  I'll pour a little out in his honor tonight.

Even though it took seemingly forever to get from Centennial back home, thankfully it was not 93!  In fact, it was a good (not-quite-Crazlo-in-town) downpour! Heavy enough rain to knock down the smoke and I can see the mountains! [thumbsup]

Crazlo - Pain is weakness leaving the body! PushIt-PushIt-PushIt!!! (Just not too much until your shoulder is completely healed.)
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. I am healing, doc said yesterday that 3 to 4 times a day I should make "circular movements" just with the shoulders NOT arms . . .

Sept and Nov should see some downpour when I visit . . . Must go to subs place in Boulder
