Thanks . . . We know, he got tired of being shirt changed and went on his own . . . He needed someone he can trust . . . I had NO idea until 2 or 3 weeks ago he was living/working on a rented warehouse, like the ones U-Haul rents . . . Job!  Had a couple of more interviews with local companies. Ram called back and kept calling. I went in today and met with the VP of HR. Signed an offer letter and will report directly to him instead of the Director of Operations. Now I need to pass a drug test (no problem there), the background check, and give notice at my current job. The offer was half of what I countered, but with a better bonus plan. Plus it is 4 miles from home! After I move in the next few weeks. My GF bought a third house and I will rent the 2 bedroom in-law unit!
