There's a shutoff to the boiler.

There is no shutoff to the shower fixture.

Looks like it's just the cartridge.

When I built the house I had the plumber install a manifold so each home run can be shut off.

Every device has a home run for hot and cold.

Too bad that the manifold is a plastic piece of garbage. [bang]
