Nice carpet job in one of the rentals.  Ok that it took twice as long to do than estimated.  

Not ok that they charged me twice and the only person around that can look into this is out until next Wednesday. [bang]

Also easy.  Install foot in appropriate rectum.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

We were out for an hour and 15 minutes. There were no switch backs and minimal elevation change!  She still wined.  :P  But were are going again next Sunday!

... and continuing with end of the year tradition, water pipe bursted and water utility has yet not responded . . . my water base has yet to be finished to mount it and then start the final instalation
