Conf. call in a few minutes then board meeting today.   Will be interesting to see if any of the board members catch the boss's "shell game" with his money moving tricks to divert some of the things he does and spends $$$$ on that have been previously questioned.    [roll]

Also, anyone else besides Stella have issues with their HOA?

Seems like the situation at my rental property has turned really ugly - 24HR CrossFit gym moved in back in the fall (I was told a restaurant would be in the retail space, other owners were told grocery store).  Lotsa noise.  Multiple other issues, including conflict of interests.

Nope, but they're fairly uncommon out here.

When I was shopping for lodging, I recall one house with several trees.  As I stood out in the street and looked at it, what came back to me was a prior house with trees.  And ridiculous root / city sewer issues that cost me a bloody fortune.

6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other.  Right, Randimus?



In other news, it was effing entertaining watching el bosso get grilled for a few minutes on his money shell game in our board meeting today.    

And..... it's a moscow mule kinda night with local FLAVORED vodka (honey) and a potent spicy ginger syrup.   ;D

Yeah, my HOA is New York City.  Sidewalk violation due to curbside tree.  Should be the Parks Department problem.  Lost the battle.
