Same.  I'm back on the coffee routine and more junk food which makes me feel bleh.  Travel lately and much more to come makes it tough to grocery shop, prep, make and eat the good healthy stuff.

My baby bro had a heart attack.

I missed his text, yesterday, and found out about it 'cuz T is on the make the beast with two backsing book.

I'm pissed cuz I missed his text and wasn't there when he reached out. We're 1500 miles away from each other, and he's the only one of my three brothers I actually like. I love them all...they're my brothers....he just got in touch. He's not dead yet. :-\

A plane flight might be in my future.

 [coffee] [coffee]  I have my schedule packed with forklift training today. We are doing our first in house operator training this morning. Plus I have 3 come to Jesus meetings with the warehouse guys. They keep hitting the racking with the lifts and no one fesses up.

Nate, I'm so sorry to hear about your brother and the likelihood of you having to travel but sounds like he'll appreciate seeing your mug.

Go get 'em Mary!   I've seen a number of fork lift accidents in my old auto parts assembly factory days....


Michigan bound later today to see the family and see if I can make any headway with the headstrong maternal unit.  Definitely not a vacation.
