It seems to be.

It's difficult to tell, before the asscrack of dawn, when you arise. :P

I do put a lot of faith in technology.  If the clock says “AM”, I trust that is morning.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Hello from that place some call paradise.

HOA meeting at the rental condo was interesting last night.  Lots of misunderstanding, lack of communication and transparency on the part of the developer, who offices in the building.  [bang] [bang]   At least it seems like they have a solution to address the noise/vibrations coming from the CrossFit gym on the main floor.  [roll]

Heading back to DFW in a couple hours.

Full day of meetings tomorrow, but I also pick up my new ride.

So it is just like every other HOA. :-\

He didn't mention corruption or embezzlement, so perhaps he does have a better version.  :P

Hmmm...let's see.  HOA is run by the developer, and is charged rent paid to the developer.  A sister company owns the solar array and charges prevailing rates for electricity.  HOA president is an employee of the developer.  Developer CEO is dating an HOA board member.

That's should cover both corruption and (indirect) embezzlement.  :P

Oh, then your HOA is quite competitive with most of the ones I've been witness to, I retract my previous allegation.
