Getting old stinks.  For no known reason my shoulder is killing me.   Will require using a straw with my beverage this evening.

I found out that one year ago on May 2 the temp was 90. It was 41 and drizzle yesterday.

Yay for Friday!  [coffee] [coffee]  I will pick one of my two bikes to ride to work today. Rode in all week. The city is tearing up the sewer line and replacing it. We lost about 50 parking spots.

hello . . .

why would you purchase a system to tune your moto but, have zero tech knowledge and blame the manufacturer for selling a system that might need the intervention of a proffessional to finish what you thought was a "plug n play" and call the person on the phone "a dead horse"

Usually requieres a certain level of knowledge; read his history:
1. Purchases hard/software about 6 months ago
2. Lives in an apartment
3. Downloads software into his PC, 7 floors above garage; thinks he downloads software and then goes down and loads maps into ECU
4. Only knows rear exhaust is running hot
5. I "recommend" a company that will help over the phone, they charge $400 per tune
6. He states he purchased a $2K exhaust and air filter for his Victory.

I asked him if he had some mechanical knowledge and he stated that replacing the air  filter was complicated, and, he wants to tune it

I was not working at the time, now, when an order for this system is placed, a call is made to make sure owner/operator knows what he is doing and/or guide him to a tuner near him.

Just another day closer to that alternative â€" whenever that may be.   ;D



A nice long morning walk on what feels like the first true day of spring.  Paid $7 for a foofy coffee to take along, watched pelicans hunt in a local sanctuary then watched the snaggletooth roll in a dead carcass of some kind.   A highly unusual morning.  Hopefully a status quo bike ride this afternoon.

Late night last night.  Went up to Thackerville, OK with some coworkers to see Sammy Hagar & the Circle.  Highly recommended if they come through your neck of the woods.

Need  [coffee] 

And a bike ride.  Looks like we might have a break in the weather to accommodate that today.  [thumbsup]
