 [coffee] [coffee] Started a Whole30  - https://whole30.com/   this morning. No alcohol, sugar, dairy, beans, or grains for 30 days.  I try to do 2 a year. It helps with my arthritis. Some days I can barely use my right hand. Cutting out the above helps with the inflammation. Plus I usually lose about 10 pounds!
