Greetings from the base of the Superstition Mtns in AZ where I fled with just my mtn bike to ride and hang and work a little more remotely

It's beautiful here.  I rode yesterday and caught myself at the start of a technical decent (too late to stop) thinking “oh shit, I shouldn't be doing this” moment.  Need to err on the side of caution.  Today was a short mellow ride and a few pointless work-related conf calls

Duck-Stew:  I may swing by and wave to you across the street this coming Saturday if you and the Mrs are around (like you wouldn't be).   [cheeky] [bang]

We are going to let 200 people go before Monday. Somehow I am advising the ownership group. Vacation after all of this for sure. IF I stay, a big ass raise better come my way. I have written all the stay at work protocols. Plus they better act on what I say.

Day 9 of stay at home;
We will miss the dog, but couldn't go shopping. The cat seems to be more elusive, went for the goldfish, but I guess the cat got there first. My wife gave me a strange look, hmm what is she thinking. As I hide behind my fortress of tp, waiting for the neighbors to attack, I haven't seen the kids in days, hmmm........ what was my wife thinking. The progress on the bike goes well, but my concentration is erratic at best, what is she thinking

Remote learning extended until May 4.

Stay at home order, which basically means certain businesses must close, I need a haircut which ain't happening, and state parks are closed.
