I finally found the excuse not to ever run again because it truly is dangerous to your health. 


Didn't know there was going to be 60 mph wind gusts tonight. 
Found myself on top of a dam, exposed..... probably not where I should have been. 
It was not good.

But, the dirt and debris are dusted off and it's wine time!  Again!    [wine] [wine] [wine]

I had a good day.

Worked at the track. Performed minor miracles with pressure treated wood, and had fun.

Last night, however, was less than stellar.

The teenager decided that 2:30 was the optimum time to awaken, and I happened to hear him slinking around and couldn't fall back to sleep. I need a bit more than 5 hours.......................................................................... [bang]
