A bit more information about this job offering:

It was posted Sunday before last.  I applied Monday.  They called Wednesday asking if I could interview that Thursday.  I work M-Th, so I went over Friday afternoon.  I called yesterday and they informed me of the 2nd interview this Friday.

Suffice to say, I think this is a very urgent hire and a small talent pool.  [thumbsup]

I'll be sure to post up with updates...
